Chapter 01
A fully stocked bar at the back of a butcher shop
The wine selection sits at the back of the shop, next to the meat case. That is not a quirk of the floor plan so much as the point of the place: you can pick up a ribeye for Saturday and a bottle to go with it in the same trip, or sit down and drink it here with a brisket sandwich.
Every drink is priced under ten dollars. Not a happy hour and not a promotion, just where the prices sit.

Ohio taps, rotating
We proudly support local craft beverage makers. From Ohio brewed craft beers to thoughtfully selected wines, every sip tells a story. The taps rotate, so what is pouring this week is not necessarily what was pouring last week.
Top shelf bottles and cans are available by the single or by the case, from Ohio and beyond. Recent taps have included Sonder Kolsch, Fat Heads Bumbleberry and Heart State Festbier, all at seven dollars, but ask about what is new rather than going by a list.
Chapter 03
Wine by the glass, the bottle, or to take home
A rotating collection of reds, whites and rosés, available by the glass or the bottle. Retail bottles to go are available too, so a bottle you liked with dinner can leave with you.
There is a wine tasting in the shop on Saturday afternoons, two until four, run beside the case rather than in a separate tasting room.
